   The team at Ruby Chow’s always takes care of us and their food and service are hard to top. Went to dinner with my friend and his cousin who was visiting from out of town. Paul the bartender was very knowledgeable of the menu and the drinks he made were fantastic. The team went above and beyond too, providing some additional padding for the seat for my friend who recently had back surgery. All around an amazing Monday dining experience.

   I have no complaints except that we weren’t aware that the restaurant only serves tapas. I checked the menu before we went and thought that the prices were very reasonable but we realized that the reason for that was because of the small portions. My only feedback is that the restaurant includes that they serve tapas only somewhere on the menu or website, etc.

   Had a great first experience at Ruby Chow’s. I made a reservation at the bar on a Friday at 7:30, which at first I felt silly about but was glad I did once it started to pick up. Paul, who my bartender/server was awesome. He gave great recommendations and despite how busy it was, kept checking on me. The drink I had was really good, and the food was delicious. Not to mention the atmosphere was really great and the music was very refreshing. My only pain point was not taking something to go. I will definitely be back!

   This restaurant is beautiful and the food was amazing! They had my favorite Justin Cabernet and it was perfect with the eggplant dip. I would totally come back.

   Always a vibe - was super busy so initial service was a little slower than usual but still really solid. We ordered nearly everything on the menu and it was out super quick, fresh, and amazing. We sat outside - heaters were great. Overall, one of my favorite spots!

   Beautiful restaurant. Very deceiving from the outside. Good was 8.5/10 and service 10/10.
