   Rue561 Bistro was such a pleasant surprise We passed it many times and decided to go on Saturday. The food was outstanding,waiter Chris was excellent and the owner stopped by to say hello A very good experience all around. We will make it a regular stop

   Always an amazing meal, the chef is in my opinion, one of the best in Toms River. Our waiter Chris was excellent and provided us with great service. I’ve eaten here many times and I have never had a bad meal and have always enjoy myself.

   Was a special occasion. First time here, and food was excellent. The tomahawk for two was delicious. I have been to many steak restaurants and this beat many. It’s definitely expensive but worth it. It’s a byob. Only thing I would say could be an improvement would be great bread for the table to eat with the roasted garlic served. Octopus for appetizer was the best I have had. A+++

   Mushroom soup, wedge salad, pork chop, scallops and gelato were all excellent. The GF reference next to each item was truly appreciated!
