   There were 8 at our table and everyone loved their food. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Wish there were more choices but what they served was delicious.

   Absolutely loved this place! Everything was delicious and our waitress and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Perfect spot for a special occasion or a date night.

   IT WAS A WONDERFUL ENJOYABLE DATE NIGHT -OUR SERVER WAS FRANCESCA WHO WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WHO SPACED OUR DINING EXPERIENCE PERFECTLY . WE HAD A CALAMARI, SCALLOP SALAD WHICH WE SPLIT FOLLOWED BY 2 DIFFERENT STEAKS COOKED TO PERFECTION WITH A GARLIC ROSE DECOR - OUR SIDE WAS FINGERLING POTATOES - DESSERT WAS HOMEADE - A KIND OF CUSTARD - WE SPOKE WITH THE OWNER AS WELL - A GREAT BYOB .

   Rue 561 Bistro is an absolute gem! The mac and cheese is rich, creamy, and packed with flavor—easily one of the best I’ve ever had. But the real star is the 45-day aged ribeye—perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and bursting with deep, savory goodness. The attention to detail in every dish is unmatched, and the atmosphere is just as impressive. Whether you’re here for a casual meal or a special occasion, this place delivers every time.    Awesome food, service and overall experience. A few of the two tops do basically sit in the direct line from the front door so a draft and a little privacy is lost there.

    My family and I visited Rue 561 for the first time on 2/14/25. We were all very excited to try this place out due to the great reviews we've heard. Our server Francesca (I believe was her name..that was the name printed on the check) was amazing! She was able to recommend new menu items that we all enjoyed as well as took care of us in a timely matter without rushing us. The food was great! For appetizers we shared the frito misto which was perfectly battered and cooked and the truffle honey ricotta which was great. As for entrees the spicy rigatone was amazing with just the right amount of spice. The steaks were all cooked to order and had great flavor. Overall a good experience until another girl (busser?) came over and picked up one of our desert plates saying "oh are you all done with this?" while my father was taking a piece with his spoon to eat....clearly we were not done. When we first sat at the table we were notified hat we had 1.5 hours as they were fully booked for the night. We sat at 8p and at 9:30p on the dot that is when the busser came to remove the desert. At that time we didn't even have the check so if we wanted to leave or had to be out at exactly 1.5 hours we couldn't Because of this happening this put a damper on the end of our dinner. For what we were spending to have someone pick up a plate that we were still eating off of I have never seen that happen before. At least our server was sweet and the food was great!
