Welcome to Rumi's Kitchen - Sandy Springs! The premier Sandy Springs location for Persian Cuisine. Owner and Head Chef Ali Mesghali’s unique and flavorful touch has been wowing patrons for over 20 years. His previous restaurant, Persepolis, was a Sandy Springs favorite.

Rumi’s Kitchen - Sandy Springs draws influence from the culinary mother of the Middle East, Persia, which spanned from the banks of the Nile River in the west to the mountains of Northern India in the east, and from the shores of the Caspian Sea in the north to the deserts of Arabia in the south of the Persian Gulf.

    The service was so good! Our waitress was knowledgeable and gave great guidance on our selections. The food was amazing, particularly the lamb kabobs. This was a birthday dinner and the dessert offered presented enough for all of us. We would absolutely return in the future.

    Delicious food, everything as expected, they offer filtered water, which is appreciated. The Persian tea surprised me for good.

    One of the best Persian restaurants I have ever been to and I’m from New York , so that’s saying something. Great food and magnificent service you will love it.

    Fried eggplant appetizer is a must. Lamb shank was delicious but husband's grilled Cornish hen was outstanding! Wine prices are high but still a decent one can be purchased at $55 a bottle. Friendly and knowledgeable waiter and fun manager. Very cold that day and had to wear coat because of the breeze from the front door. Needed a heater.

    My colleague and I were in town on business and dined at Rumi’s Sandy Springs. We had a client with us and the service and food were outstanding. Kerry, our server was phenomenal. She was very attentive, kind and very knowledgeable about the menu and added to our great experience. Will absolutely be dining here again on our next trip back.

    Rumi’s remains my favorite restaurant in Atlanta. The food is as good today as it was the first time I ate there back in 2007 (I think). Our server Ashley was amazing, very sweet and attentive. Looking forward to my next visit.
