   This restaurant has serious management problems. We arrived with our two grandchildren at 6.15pm and waited a few minutes to be seated. Once seated we were not approached again for 45minutes. There was only one waitress full time in the restaurant and another which came to assist occasionally. When other table of 8 which came in 20 mins after us was having their order taken ahead of us I got up and waited at the register for the sole waitress to return. I asked for our order to be taken immediately only to find out that what we came for on the menu was not available. To make matters worse, as it was our Anniversary, we asked for the bottle of Moet that was on the menu... again NOT AVAILABLE, we then asked for the bottle of Bollinger from the menu... it took 10 mins for the to find it and it was HOT!! By this time we had been waiting over an hour and were over it!! We got up and left... There was only one waitress for 45 people in the restaurant... WHAT ARE THE MANAGEMENT THINKING!!

   Great food, great service, lovely atmosphere. If we visit Warwick again, we will definitely head to Rupert's.

   The reception on arriving was poor. The blonde girl failed to greet us or show us in. If we hadn't walked over to her, we'd still be waiting. The bread came with one small dob of butter. I complained about this 4 years ago. The well done steak was bleeding. The food that was cooked properly was great, but tainted by the above

   Was a fantastic meal until I had the sticky date pudding, it was the worst I have ever had, the caramel sauce had a lot of crunchy un dissolved sugar through it, and the ice cream also had sugar all through it, but everything else was fantastic, the steak melted in your mouth, and the service was exceptional.

   The atmosphere was lovely. We were a little apprehensive about our little grandchild, but he won over some of the diners, and the staff were very tolerant. We loved the music choice on the night. Would recommend as a place for a small celebration, date night or just when people want to treat themselves.

   Very enjoyable experience. Lovely atmosphere. Superb vegetables however expected a little more from the steak.

   A terrible experience with poor quality food. We were told the chef was having a bad night, which was evident in the the over-cooked steak and sous-vide lamb rump. Very expensive, you should spend your money elsewhere.

    We came to your restaurant last year, and everything about it was very good. This year it was not. Both my partner and myself ordered steak medium to well done. Both steaks came out almost rare. I ate it but didn't really like it - too rare for me. My partner ate only a small bit of hers. She doesn't like the taste of raw meat (and neither do I). I know many chefs think that pink inside is the ideal steak (you see it on Masterchef all the time). We don't like it that way. The rest of the service was great but the main meal got nowhere near our expectations. We go to The Federal Hotel Toowoomba with a friend every month for a steak. My friend orders medium rare and my partner and I, both order medium to well done. The steaks come out exactly as we order them - almost rare for my friend and medium to well done for my partner and myself. So it can be done.
