   Food was very very good. I do think it’s a bit overpriced though. It was very loud inside. The sound resonated so it was hard to carry on a normal conversation. Service was poor. We waited 15 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. I would go back again and I thought the food was amazing but the noise and service could be improved on.

   Everything was great regarding our dinner at Russell's. Our waitress was very friendly, helpful and good at her job! Food was delicious - I had the Ricotta Angolotti and my husband had the Hand Cut Pasta. Both were outstanding. Ambience was great - we ate outside on the charming deck. We will be back.

   The table was not properly set. No knives. Our wait staff could not have cared less about our drinks, however her knowledge of the specials was great. She gave off the impression that she had better places to be. The pot roast was phenomenal and I recommend it to anyone looking for a dish that will remind you of Sunday at Grandma’s house.

   this was great except way to noisy to enjoy each other's company. Unfortunately, allergies kept us inside.

   Lovely space and great food. The menu is varied enough to suit most tastes. Be sure to save room for a slice of cake - they are beautiful and delicious!

   Always a great brunch with lots of breakfast as well as sandwich and quiche options. Love the ambience of the patio on a beautiful day with a nice glass of wine or white sangria.

   Updated: Dinner for 4 on a Friday. First visit. Was very excited based on the great reviews. Great ambiance but very loud indoors. Service by Morgan(?) was friendly but inattentive. They seemed very under-staffed. We waited literally an hour for our dinners to arrive after ordering, and the restaurant wasn’t even full. The two sea bass were a little on the dry side and meager portions for $50 plates. The burgers were cold and flavorless. The fries were totally soggy. Very expensive, very underwhelming meal. On the plus side, dessert to go was the best part of the meal and the owner did reach out in response to this review and was very gracious and sincere in his response.

    Russell's on Macklin is known for their wide variety of delicious desserts, but their dinner menu items are every bit as good. Our group started with the grilled focaccia then salads, and for dinner there was a burger, the meatloaf, homemade Gnudi, and the filet special. Everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING, was phenomenal! And we ended with amazing desserts. This was our third visit - the first was a year ago for dessert, the second was for brunch three months ago, and this was our first dinner. Will absolutely be returning!
