   So sad this restaurant is closing, but glad my son and I were able to dine there last night. Everything was perfect. The ambience, the food…amazing all around. The fresh homemade pasta for my manicotti was the best I’ve ever had…velvety and light and delicious.

   Really disappointed Russo s closed. It really was a hidden gem. Great food, ambience, and service. It will be sorely missed by allot of people.

   Though recommended as a good place for Geniun Italian, our experience was disappointing at best! I needed a quiet table for us. I called twice & L/msg but no calls! I wrote via the web portal no response (Crickets! ) after being disregarded and ignored, after making the request for early seating went ahead to book and the time I requested was given away? Then on arrival though they graciously seated us a few minutes early that was the end of a quality experience and absent any service what so ever? After waiting nearly 25 minutes I asked for 3-different cocktails was told they don’t have them even a dry California white was not possible? Then people freshly seated received service & their needs were being met while my wife & I waited and though they left a plate and bread not even a glass of water!!?? Who does that ?? Buyer beware! Glad they’re closing ! Wouldn’t consider returning even if they weren’t closing!! Good Riddance

   Awesome dinner. Very tasty. Service excellent. Unfortunately the restaurant is closing in a few weeks. Glad we were able to be there one last time.

   Russo is one of our favorite restaurants in Worcester. The food is amazing, authentic , and made from scratch. The ambiance is very romantic but very family friendly. We are so sad to see this amazing place close ! Thank you for the delicious food, it will be missed!
