   This was the least enjoyable visit to your restaurant - we questioned coming back as the previous time fell a little short but we tried it again. Waiter was not engaging - your staff is usually is a little more personable. Food was average/felt my steak might have been microwaved and not worth the amount we paid. Not sure if we will return.

   We went Saturday night and they had a full house. Our waitress came to the table and was very polite just not attentive enough throughout the dinner service, she came to the table only once after the food was brought over and then again for the check and to bag the food. My glass was never refilled during the entire dinner service and the Tomahawk steak we ordered came out incredibly under seasoned and grossly over charred. And for some reason it came out on this sizzling hot plate and as a result of that, what should have been our beautiful medium/medium well steak was now very close to well done on one side. And I didn’t send it back because we had already waited quite a while I’m unsure if the kitchen was backed up or what was going on but for the price that was paid for dinner I didn’t expect to receive service as if I were dining at a lesser expensive restaurant.

   I enjoyed our visit - the food was excellent and service was wonderful. The only comment I would make is that we felt very rushed - although I appreciate quick service they were bringing out the next course before I was finished the course before - they brought dessert while I was still eating my main dish and felt as though they were rushing us out the door. We wanted a leisurely dinner for date night so I was a bit put off by this.

   Very disappointing experience, my first, with the Ruth’s Chris franchise after many many visits and years. We had an embarrassing letdown on an anniversary visit! Pre meal bar had 1 bar server and slow f/u & check. At table, it continued, slow service & no f/u. A large group seemed to affect everything, getting most attention. But the restaurant overall was slow. The issue-not enough staff, poor table check in, slow bar table service, really nothing positive other than giving food a B+( but typically an A). And- no dazzlement. With a tab over $225, disappointing visit not up to their par.

   After having an unsatisfactory experience the last time we visited, we decided to celebrate a birthday at this location. The service was slow and not very attentive. One of our orders had the larger filet that we didn’t ask for, but were charged for. When the appetizers were delivered, only one came out at first, the other delivered later. When the entrees were delivered, the sides were so cold the butter didn’t fully melt on the mashed potatoes and the broccoli was lukewarm at best. Needless to say, it wasn’t the best experience that you would expect when paying a bill over $200 for two people. It left us with the feeling that Rick Erwin’s or Halls Chophouse would have been the better choice.

   I live in Greenville and visit all of the restaurants new and exciting. We decided to try RC since it has been years since visiting. This new location was billed as on the river in downtown. My wife and I were put in a back room next to the kitchen. No windows, the ambiance of the back of a McDonald’s. The food was good, but the atmosphere killed the night out. I understand overflow seating, but this was not a good experience. I will not return. There are too many restaurant options in Greenville to ever give them my business again.

    Exceptional dinner service in the bar lounge. I don’t know his name but the bartender had exceptional table service. Definitely a lost art. Food and service *****!
