Located on the sixth floor of The Mayson Hotel is Ryleigh’s Rooftop Restaurant, with outdoor terrace. Take in the panoramic vista of the Dublin Mountains, the River Liffey, the city centre and even as far as Dun Laoghaire on a clear day! Comfy leather clad booths line the windows. An open kitchen and grill adds a sense of theatre to the room. Floor to ceiling windows make the most of the views and the only walls in the room are clad in beautiful veined marble. Ryleigh’s serves breakfast, lunch, Brunch (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays) and dinner. Ideal spot to grab a bite with family and friends. The dinner menu features tasty options such as Sizzling Prawns and Beef Tartare to start. A selection of Irish steaks for main (Striploin, Delmonico, Centre Cut Fillet, Tomahawk Ribeye for two, and John Stone's T-Bone for two) cooked over our charcoal grill, Pan-Seared Monkfish and delicious desserts such as Raspberry & white chocolate cheesecake and Sticky Toffee Pudding.

The views of the river were not as promising as advertised as we spent most of our time looking at construction. Service was moderate, but our meals (leaning toward lunch items) were very overcooked. Chicken sandwich and burgers were extremely overcooked and difficult to eat. Would not recommend for brunch/lunch food.

This was our first time there and i completely recommend it. The food was delicious. The service was amazing, best we’ve experienced in awhile, the servers were all so friendly. It was two of our birthdays and they made such an effort (offered to take our pictures also) Will definitely be returning🤩

We had a wonderful night! well prepared drinks, perfectly cooked meat! hospitality out of 100, the manager knows how to handle the service with dexterity! I will be back more often! Beautiful restaurant, impeccable decoration and cleanliness!
