   Food was exceptional. One of the best meals we have had in a while. We had the fortune of sitting outside for a beautiful night watching the sunset.

   Always a great experience at SSDion. We have been regulars for many years. My only complaint is that now so many others have discovered this great RI coastal restaurant that we have to plan in advance to get a reservation.

   I don't know why this place doesn't get more buzz (though I don't live in the area). Wonderful food (house made bread is to die for), great views (not a bad seat in the house). Service (Jennifer) was terrific and you can just tell that the employees are happy to be there. Not surprising, it's fun to work when everything goes right. Highly recommended!

   While the food was very good, the atmosphere is dark and not very inviting for a water view property. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. When one of the diners in our party asked about the sides with an entre, our server replied ‘it comes with two sides.. just like it’s says in the menu’. We felt rushed and that our server was annoyed with us throughout the night.
