   I had the pleasure of dining at Sablé yesterday, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The ambiance is always on point—sophisticated yet welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a memorable dinner. A huge shoutout to Jesús, the bartender, who truly elevated our experience. He crafted a signature cocktail that was not only unique but absolutely delicious. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor were impressive! For dinner, we started with the escargot, which was cooked to perfection. For the main course, we had the filet mignon with pommes frites, and it was nothing short of amazing—tender, flavorful, and perfectly executed.

   We had a great experience with the restaurant beginning with the reservation process. Good food, good service, good price. I will return for sure.

   From the moment we arrived we had a great experience. the ambience was simply on point darker colors for the actual dining hall with dim lighting and soft playing music was just the first touch, our waiter was very attentive, kind and funny. The food was cooked to perfection. we had both soups as an appetizer that came out steaming hot like a soups should, we both had the fillet mignon different terms and both came out perfect! The wine selection was also very good! To end the night we shared a crème brûlée wich was to die for, amazing experience for a New Year’s Eve dinner!
