   First walking in, I noticed how wonderfully cute the restaurant was decorated and lit. It felt so warm and comfortable. I dined alone tonight because I am away from home for a few days. I was seated immediately and Linda was my sweet waitress. I ordered one of the best espresso martinis I have ever had. I also ordered the caprese salad for an appetizer and the pan seared tuna. I have caprese salad and pan seared tuna very often at my local restaurants and I can honestly say that these were THE BEST I have ever had. I will be back tomorrow to try more dishes and I am very sad this isn’t a local place for me to dine at in Rhode Island. Linda was very attentive and even provided me with a take out bag because I had mentioned I couldn’t eat all the tasty food in one sitting. I highly recommend them.

   Great food and service Chef appearance was really nice The change in decor has made it much more ‘beachy’ like a lot of other places It used to feel more sophisticated and upscale and we noticed the difference. Go back to a softer collar pallet and less chochkey stuff 🙏

   Another fabulous dinner at Sage Bistro! We started with a fabulous margarita. I then enjoyed a delicious scallop dinner while my husband loved a perfectly cooked steak. But we can recommend all of the dishes we've had at Sage Bistro. The service is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere pleasant. Sage Bistro never disappoints.

   Oh yes those Margaritas hit the spot with a plethora of tequilas to chose from! Scallops are fresh and also the steak, both made to perfection by our excellent culinary team! We work hard to make sure all of our dishes come out 100 percent for our guests. We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed as we are beach side in beautiful Cape Canaveral.    Our first time here. Very good food, service was pleasant, and we will definitely be back soon. The portions are also surprisingly generous for the price point. Great place.

   Sooo happy your first time with us was superb! Yes we never have anyone complain about the portions as they are very generous. Most guests need a "to-go" container to enjoy some of their meal at a later time. We strive for excellent service and food and we are glad you experienced both! See you again soon!

   We truly enjoy ourselves when we come to Sage Bistro in Cape Canaveral, FL Everyone is very friendly, the main menu has wonderful starters Spring rolls or Crab cakes (all crab) excellent entrees' from Seafood to Prime rib to Pork Chops and much more! Service was impeccable!!

   Now this we LOVE so much! Our goal is for everyone to feel themselves from the moment they walk into Sage. We truly love our guests and treat them like family. We are known for our fabulous fresh "no filler" crab cakes! The bone in pork chop is melt in your mouth!! The prime rib is big and delicious! Our servers are top notch! Thanks for your visit!

   It was a cold night and we were excited to have a good dinner. 3 of us ordered drinks and one had coffee. Our waitress Sarah was great! Very friendly and made us feel welcomed! I ordered the mushroom soup which was fantastic! Greg had a salad with homemade blue cheese dressing. The bread was hot and crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle! Sandi had the appetizer scallops. They were cooked perfectly! Greg had the pork chop. He said it was the best he has ever had! Seasoned just right! Michael had the lamb stew. It was pieces of lamb over mashed potatoes. I ordered the fettuccine without the asparagus. It was very flavorful. Fair prices!

   New Year’s Eve dinner. Excellent selection; pork chop cooked to perfection, perfect size and cooked to the right temperature. Arrived at my table hot, and not from sitting under a hot lamp.

    Excellent service and the food was outstanding!!! They accommodated our request to move our reservation 1 hour later on New Year’s Eve. The whole experience was great Thank you Sage Bistro.
