   All the food was great, I just don’t like smash burgers and if it was listed as such I missed it, prefer a regular burger

   My wife and I went for our anniversary and have a few complaints. Firstly, I made a reservation a week out. When we arrived there were a couple of guys ahead of us requesting a table for two who were told to wait. I was disappointed that my wife and I were seated at a tiny table in the corner with a few other small tables. There was a nice private booth behind us, but the two walk-ins ended up seated there. I didn't ask for a specific table so I guess it's also my fault, but we have never been so didn't know the layout. This is not necessarily a big deal, but I just wish we could had been seated at a better table sine we did reserve in advance. Secondly, I planned to get the filet with the fries and brussels. I don't like brussels and noticed there are other sides available. We asked if we could sub the brussels for green beans or broccolini and we were told no, but he could remove them from the plate and we could order a side at full price. The brussels were $9 and the other two were $12. Obviously I would be okay paying the difference, but not extra when we wouldn't eat what was included. I opted to just share with my wife and decided not to give them anymore money by ordering anything for myself. Lastly, the steak was not good. The "filet" was not a good cut and had a large chunk of gristle that I had to spit out. I've had much better steaks for the same or cheaper price. I have no desire to ever return to Saints and Council. It was in a neat location and the atmosphere inside was nice.

   Saints+Council is always a delicious and delightful experience!! Everything from drinks to food to service is wonderful!! Love this place!! Perfect on a cold winter night!!

   It was our first time dining here...the restaurant is conveniently located near the Woodruff Arts Center, and has a wonderful cozy interior. Very tasty entree, and waitress was very kind and attentive. The apps were huge.

   We enjoyed our food -the shrimp appetizer was very good, but not a fan of the chopped Ceasar salad although points for being able to taste the anchovies in the dressing. We shared the salmon entree which, for some reason, they offer medium well. The kitchen did back off the cook when we requested no more than medium and it was plenty done and very tasty. The cocktails were excellent & noise levels tolerable. Our server was very nice but did disappear for quite some time without checking on us ( but, we didn't need anything). The only thing to be aware of was that it took an hour to get our entree (we were heading to an 8pm symphony show on a Thursday and had made our reservation for 6:15 so it all worked out. But on a Friday or Saturday I can only improve you might want to go even earlier.

    Great appetizers, crab dip and stuffed oysters were really good. For main entrees, short ribs were very sweet, which we didn’t like it, saints house salad was sweet too. The only one good was the ricotta cavatelli. As desert we had the smores, which were just ok too. Our server, Ricardo was attentive and efficient
