Salt & Lime is Rex's Family of Restaurant's twist on classic Mexican. A bright, vibrant atmosphere and fresh flavors are our priorities. With an emphasis on tacos, traditional cooking techniques and regional ingredients are used to create progressive Mexican dishes. At the bar unique craft tequila cocktails are prepared with natural ingredients and fresh juices. Take advantage of the salt, lime & sunshine offered up on the rooftop deck during the summer months. Due to ever changing mountain weather, our patio is seated on a first come first serve basis and not available for reservations or booking in advance.
Open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. We encourage reservations and offer a wait list when available.

Bison queso was excellent. Bison burrito was wonderful. Tacos were great. Birria tacos were good but not the best ever. Margs were really good. We eat here every year and love it every time

We dropped in at happy hour and had a very good experience! S&L has an awesome selection of tacos, and we enjoyed a sampling of several different items! The margaritas are solid, and the chips & guac were awesome!

The best Mexican food we have ever had. We were a party of 5 and all agree on that. Authentic food with incredible flavor! Love the vibe of the restaurant as well!!
