   Took over 5 mins to get water. When it came it was tap water no ice at all. No water refill until water and ice were gone. Only mentioned because it is a basic service and indicative of how the service started. House bread was 2 small slices of not warmed “Hawaiian like rolls”. French onion soup was good. The fettuccine came out dry and asked for them to bring us some sauce. The sauce finally came out when we were finished with the meal and the fettuccine was cold. The one bite we took with the sauce was good but too late to enjoy the plate. My Bolognese was decent but needed salt, of corse there wasn’t any on the table. Took 5 minutes and 1/2 my meal was gone by then. The alcohol drinks were the best part of the meal. It was my first time here and they totally screwed the pooch. My expectations were not high, just looking for a close place to put in our rotation. This won’t be the place. I will be surprised if they are open in a year. I’m not usually this harsh and leave very few reviews but this wasn’t an off night. This was a failure on basically all fronts. At your own risk!

   We really want to like this place, but once again much of the food was only lukewarm. Our request for a quiet table placed us in a high traffic area that was noisy and uncomfortably cold.

   Definitely a new favorite. The burrata caprese appetizer, all the pasta dishes and frutti di mare were fresh and delicious. The kids loved the fresh made Italian sodas.

   Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. The restaurant was very cold to where everyone in the restaurant were wearing their jackets. The steaks came out late and were overcooked and cold. There wasn’t much for service, hence why we couldn’t ask what was taking so long for our food. Very disappointing experience.

   The overall experience was great, the food and drinks were delicious. I would definitely recommend to anybody and everything was reasonably priced.

   The ambience of the restaurant and service was very good. But the food portions that were served for the Valentines Day event were minuscule.  Since the restaurant was serving the meal in courses they need to include a soup or salad as one of the courses.  Finally the course I had did not have a vegetable included on the entrée. Might want to reconsider that when doing Valentine’s Day next year.

   Seated immediately, but took waitress around 15 mins. to even acknowledge us. However, in defense of the restaurant, it was Valentine's Day. Good drinks, delicious food, and great saxophone music on Friday nights. We very much enjoyed ourselves and will return to enjoy their regular menu.

    Was overall good for Valentine’s Day but food was just ok. Good live saxophone just a bit loud based on where we were seated.
