   Jaz was an outstanding server, very pleasant and always checking on us. Food was good except my flash green beans were very salty. The replacement were perfect. My grilled shrimp was perfect and my husband’s sirloin and baked potato were perfect!

   We sat down immediately but no one came to the table for 15 - 20 min. Drinks took awhile. Waited over 30 min for one simple bar drink. Need to work on better food descriptions too. For example, cheese fries were potato wedges, not fries. It's ridiculous to upcharge sides if you opt to sub the salad. You have fine dining prices but not fine dining.

   The food and service was very good. I wish they would turn the air conditioning temperature up. It was so cold. We would have been much more comfortable with winter coats on. There were many tables where the people were wearing coats and hoodies.

   Four members of our party ordered the prime rib. The meat was very tough and extremely fatty. It was difficult to cut even the sharp knife provided. This was a big disappointment. The service was very slow. The restaurant did not appear to be overly busy.

   Getting Separate Checks with Landry's Select Club credit was a nightmare! Very slow and inaccurate. I still did not receive LSC credit!

    The Steak was tough and had more than usual amount of gristle. My date enjoyed her grilled chicken. Deserts very good. Bad steak at steakhouse ruined meal. . Put all gristle back on plate. . Will not go again and will tell friends about really bad steak (New York Strip) at Salt Grass Steakhouse.
