   The hostess at Saltgrass on October 2nd. seated us in the dining area, but then we sat there & no one ever waited on us for 15 minutes! Then we found out who our waiter or waitress was supposed to be: the hostess! She finally waited on us, but she didn’t check on us after we got our food & didn’t come back in a timely manner to see if we needed anything else or if we wanted a dessert. Very disappointing, as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, & I had added a note to my Open Table reservation that the dinner reservation was to celebrate it!

   I reserved this location for my Mom’s 70th birthday celebration. Making the reservation was easy (and they were very understanding when we were running a few minutes behind) and the dining room server was attentive. Our food came out in a timely manner, was tasty, and accurate. My mom was so happy…thank you so much!

   Too many screaming kids, not a very clean restaurant. The servers were very courteous and attentive. The salad was good, the rest of the food was meh at best. We won’t be back.

   Upon arriving, we checked in with the hostess and told her we had a reservation. She thanked us and said we were checked in and would be seated when there was an available table. There were MANY open tables but perhaps not enough servers?? After about 15 minutes, a manager walked by and asked if we had been helped. When she learned we had a reservation, she immediately apologized and promptly seated us. She checked on us throughout the evening. The service going forward was excellent. My steak was not served hot but it did have good flavor. The baked potato was served hot. (I did not complain to the server about the temp of my dinner) My husbands meal was served hot. On the Open Table app, I indicated that we were celebrating my husbands birthday but no one acknowledged it. Our drinks were refreshed throughout the meal and the server checked in with us regularly. Overall it was a nice meal for the price.

   Been here numerous times and always, in all ways, have not been disappointed. We were a party of 5 and Spice our server was once again on point. Our courses were timed to be brought out like a symphony. This was pure joy because we were allowed to enjoy each course with lively conversation and no rushed. It was as truly wonderful to be back in Paris where dinner is a 2 hour affair.

   Second time to Saltgrass Steak House. The Potato Soup is the best one in town. We both got the soup and salad deal, my wife with a caesar and myself with a regular salad with blue cheese dressing. The salads are huge, and the soup comes in a large bowl. It is a great value for the price. We were very happy with the food. We will be back.

   Poor experience. Shrimp cocktail not served on ice.shrimpwasnt de-veined flabby. Salad greens ordinary lettuce.Steak not seared properly and had soft texture as if it was treated with tenderizer.
