   I ordered the Pat’s ribeye medium rare and my wife ordered a fillet medium. Mine came out medium and my wife’s came out medium rare. They had to recook mine which took an additional ten minutes.

   Saltgrass Mckinney has got to be the best steakhouse that I have ever been to. Their 22 Oz. Porterhouse is phenomenally tender and full of flavor. There is no need for steak sauce of any kind. I will definitely be spending more dining time at Saltgrass in Mckinney

   The server misunderstood my drink order and then overcharged us. She stated that if we want happy hour prices we have to ask for them. When we spoke to the manager she told us that they changed their policy last week and that the wine I ordered is no longer on happy hour. What a coincidence. We have been going to Saltgrass for years; however, after the way we were treated, we will not be going back for a while, if ever.

   I ordered the trio filet mignon and green beans and everything came out cold. I sent it back and they brought it back and it tasted like they had just nuked it the microwave for thirty seconds. It was still not hot and very bland. Very disappointed for such a pricey meal. Portion sizes were also minuscule. I usually eat here all the time but tried a new steak because I was bored with the same ole Cajun ribeye. Never again…

   Food was great. Had many steak dinners in our hometown of Chicago but this place was way better and priced more affordable. Definite date night restaurant
