   Our reservation was for 3:45, we were seated at 4 pm. Our appetizer was delivered to the table next to us. We got our food at 5:45. The food was cold, and the plates were hot, which meant the food sat under the heat lamps in the kitchen for a long time before it was delivered to our table. No apologies, a manager never came to see us. We were the last people to leave the restaurant at 6:15 pm.

   Have eaten here several times before,out of Towner’s. This was Christmas Day and THESE people could not have been ANY Better from the time of our reservation till the time we left the restaurant. Hope everyone’s experience was as great as ours. 10.

   Our reservation was at 1215 and didn’t receive our salads until 112. Didn’t have time to eat our soups/salads and food was out. We had to pile up our dirty dishes to be cleared and pass them to the waitress over our food instead of them being cleared before our entrees arrived. We also had a gift card with $50 on it that we couldn’t use. It was busy today so I will give it another try someday. Today, overall, was not the great experience I was expecting

   Good alternative to Texas Roadhouse, but couples looking for a quiet dinner should probably avoid. We had a reservation for two, but were seated in a large room with large groups of very loud kids. We were also seated by an exterior door (in December) and had cold air blowing in on us from it the entire time we were there. My T-bone was ok, but the fish my wife ordered was burned to the point of barely being edible. Service wasn't bad, but it wasn't exceptional either.

   Said it was for a birthday and nothing was mentioned, unlike other restaurants. Slow on drinks. Long wait for food. Steak overcooked.

   Great service, and really good food! Once we got checked in and seated we were well cared for and everyone enjoyed their meal!

   This was a big bummer. I’m a single parent and just wanted tot take my boys to a nice Thanksgiving meal - this wasn’t the place to do it. It was NOT busy when we arrived (half full, there were a few people in the waiting area. We had a reservation for 4pm and got sat at 4:30. When we went to finally order, we were told they ran out of the thanksgiving special at 1pm. We got our food an hour after we ordered and it was extremely salty. When we finally got our ticket to pay there was only one other table left in the entire restaurant…I felt like the biggest mom failure ever. Extremely disappointed and will not return.

    My salmon was super dry. My bloody Mary was supposed to come with a bunch of garnishment (shrimp, bacon, etc.) but there was nothing at all. At $16 I feel I got ripped off.
