   Did the Denver Restaurant Week special. Wife's ribeye was done great. My redfish was excellent. I wanted to order a Manhattan that was no longer on their drink menu but our waiter had the bartender make one for me anyway that was great. Brussel sprouts were amazing.

   Had a reservation, and when we arrived we did not have to wait. The waiter was very friendly. The food arrived quickly, and the portions were big. We have never been there before, but we ended up ordering the same thing so we couldn't try different things. The rib eye was tender and delicious and with the large portions we ended up bringing the remaining home along with the deserts that we had no room for. It started to get a little loud when more customers arrived, but overall we would definitely return again.

   Restaurant week menu is amazing. We had jalapeno shrimp poppers, shrimp cocktail, pork chops & shrimp pasta. Carrot cake, chocolate cake. Very large portions and everything was delicious! Our server, Ray was very friendly and attentive.

   We had not tried Saltgrass Steak House before but had heard good things about it. We had dinner there for the 5280 Restaurant week. Wow! A very delicious 4 course meal for $35 per person. Outstanding food and great service! We will definitely be back soon.

   Our group visited Saltgrass Steakhouse to enjoy the special Restaurant Week menu. The food was good and service was well paced if not a little rushed up front when we ended up with appetizers, salads and entrees all on the table at the same time. We tried the fried mushrooms - which initially had to be sent back because they were so cold. The 2nd time they came out piping hot and very tasty. We also had the queso fresco and the Range Rattlers. Our dinner salads were large and fresh and the bread service was just ok. Our entrees included the 12 oz smothered rib eye and the cowboy filet which was a 6 oz filet and grilled shrimp. I had asked for a loaded baked potato for my side and it came out with only cheese and bacon but that was fine. The friend who had the filet had asked that the butter be served on the side and when it wasn't, our server took her whole plate away and came back with a plate containing the steak and a cup of butter with the shrimp stuck in it. There were things the kitchen could have done better but our server, Delaney, tried to make everything right. For dessert we had the chocolate cake with ice cream, a very small slice of strawberry cheesecake, and the carrot cake. The carrot cake was the stand out and I highly recommend it.

   Saltgrass Steakhouse is a good place to eat. the food is really good and the waiter we had for Restaurant Week was very good. He was friendly and very good about taking care of us. Kevin is a good asset to Saltgrass. I would recommend Saltgrass Steakhouse to everyone
