Had to ask for serviettes, salt and pepper as they were not on the table. The fish had thick batter that was oily. We ordered coffee afterwards and it was cold and no sugar provided. The staff were helpful but I wondered if they were inexperienced could explain this. Food wise I think the meal was just pub standard.

I booked a table for 2 at 8pm Saturday night, when we arrived it took a while for someone to come help us. We went to the counter and asked about our booking to which the waitress behind the counter pointed to the table and just said that’s your table. We walked to our table and sat down with no direction whatso ever. I went to the bar to order drinks not being told it’s table service, and everyone working there just quickly glanced at me and then walked away. I stood there for 5 minutes before someone told me that they’ll come to the table. The waiting staff and bar staff acted and felt very inexperienced and awkward and seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. The noise level of everyone talking was overwhelming as there is nothing in the building for acoustics. It was extremely hot upstairs as well and there was no airflow

Took a while once seated for the waitress to take our order. Entree arrived 20 mins later. Chicken wings 10/10. A long time between entree and main (50 mins) Chef I believe lost the order ?? Once mains arrived they were beautiful, fish Tacos and a chicken Parma. 9/10 for the fish Tacos. 8 for the parma. Due to the lateness of mains arriving I was eating in the dark and really didn't know what I was eating. There are plenty of lights in the area, but all very dim. Overall it was a great meal, with great views of the water, it was a little quiet inside. I would recommend the wings and fish Tacos, and we would definitely be a return customer.

Delicious food as always, fantastic customer service, had originally booked a table for four, contacted saltwater that day to add an extra guest they were happy to oblige, wait staff friendly and knowledgeable. Does get quite noisy.

I have been to Salt Water on 4 different occasions and LOVED IT. This time however was not the same experience. I really appreciated being able to move our booking for 2.30pm to an earlier time. The restaurant was quite busy so again, this was much appreciated. We sat at our table for 15 minutes and in that time- had to ask 3 different servers if we could order- we were ignored each time. Or, acknowledged but nobody returned and were then spotted standing behind the counter. It seems that a lot of the people working had no idea what to do- I can understand if it was there first day on the job and maybe this was the case. We waited almost an hour and a half to receive our food. People around us were starving and getting upset at how long they too had been waiting. It became very unenjoyable by then because SO many people were SO hungry and getting really fed up. It was also pretty surprising to see the amount of dirty dishes that were lined up along the bar- it was difficult to get our own waters because we couldn't distinguish the clean glasses and water bottles from the dirty ones. I can also appreciate that the people in the kitchen looked like they were working really hard and were possibly under staffed. The food was LOVELY. In future, I wouldn't book this restaurant at a time where I know it will be busy because we almost walked out, and saw several other families actually have to leave before their food arrived so overall, the experience was pretty disappointing.

We had to wait 1.5hrs for our food. I know it was busy but I had to ask twice where the food was and they should have told us it would be a long wait. However the burger and fish tacos were lovely.

Booked over a week ago. People sitting at our table when we arrived who were moved by staff. Had to find a waiter to take our order. After 45 minutes asked where our meals were. Told 15 minutes. An hour after ordering we finally received our meals! The meals were fine. 2 ordered seafood linguine, 2 ordered calamari and one Parma. All enjoyed their meals probably because we were starving! It was an hour and a half after we arrived. With a diabetic amongst us, no good to have to wait that long for a meal. Luckily no medical emergency!

We were a party of 4 who booked for a table inside. The noise level was very loud so we went outside to dine. Food was amazing! Had the Mediterranean pizza and was delicious. Other meals that were had were tasty and delicious. Gorgeous views over looking the water. Great place to dine. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks guys
