   I made a reservation with open table about two weeks in advance for Mother’s Day. I confirmed the reservation 24 hours out through a text message from open table. When we showed up on time for our reservation the restaurant had no record of our reservation. The host insisted on seeing the text confirmation and insisted that we made the reservation at the wrong location. I clicked into the confirmation to prove we were at the correct location. The host said “I’m not going to blame you, but we don’t have your reservation.” Even with my text message proof he was blaming open table and saying they were “not part of the restaurant”. But sir, you contract with them to make your reservations?? They ended up sitting us outside on their patio after we waited about 30 minutes, but no one ever apologized for the confusion or did anything to try and make our experience better. The food was good, the service was fine during dinner. The patio chairs were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I saw several other customers at patio tables change out the patio chairs for inside chairs. Overall, just disappointing. We probably won’t be back after this experience.

   The food is amazing and the wine selection is great the cocktails are great. This place is a hidden gem for Frisco .

   Food was pretty good and the service was excellent. Bit pricier than I expected but won’t deter from coming back for a special occasion.

   Everything was wonderful, food was excellent and our Server Lou was absolutely spectacular. We would highly recommend Salute as we drove an hour to try and definitely worth it!

   Service started little slow but made up for it with great food and very attentive service once we made them aware. We had a waiter who was very new but he was very apologetic and the owner checked in on us frequently. My daughter raved about her pesto tortellini and my lasagna was good. I think we found our favorite Italian restaurant!!

   The food and service is absolutely fabulous!! The only reason for a less than perfect 5 star review is the fact that we had a reservation for 12 people and they had no table when we got there. For a group that size, you should plan ahead to accommodate a large group. We got lucky and the weather was gorgeous and they quickly pulled tables together. Since it was ridiculously noisy inside (but full so I know they were enjoying themselves!) we were happy to be outside. So we could make our own noise. Haha. Have the lobster ravioli; it’s delicious!!! And ask for Andy; he put up with a lot from us and did it beautifully!

   Our reservations were @ 7:00 we did not fee seated till 7:50 This is the 2 nd time we have experienced this delay Very disappointing Will have to think twice before we return

   We made reservations for 6:30, but didn’t get seated until for a while after. The place was BUSY and the noise level is pretty loud, but the food was great. The bread and oil/cheese mixture was fantastic. Caesar salad was nice and crisp (and large). I ordered the shrimp scampi with pasta and my husband ordered the salmon. Both were great! We will be back.

    We had a wonderful experience at Salute. The food was delicious!! Aiden our waiter was so sweet and kind! The only thing I would have done differently is have some coasters on the table. Other than that the service and the food is amazing!!! Great place for sure!
