   Lunch at Sammy's G was nice. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food. I had the fried fish sandwich. It was ok. I thought the sandwich was soggy and the choice of fish (flounder) was kind of bland. I think a grilled fish (maybe swordfish) would have been better. Service was great. Our server was attentive but not overbearing. She noticed a birthday card on the table and surprised us with a nice birthday cookie and ice cream.

    This was our first time and I’ll gladly go back again. The host and server were very friendly and nice, the ambiance was calming and it was a moderate tone of family and friends talking. The food was very good, I had the ribeye with green beans and rice pilaf very good. My finance had the Tavern chicken, which was also good, she just wished there was a picture of it or a better description telling her that it would all be combined. She thought it would be side by side, although it was good just looked busy. The nana foster had us in bliss, awesome dessert. We will return again.
