   Not our first time going, however just as impressed as last time. San Fermo is a favorite in our house, the food is delightful, staff is very kind and thoughtful, and overall is a great experience!

   We went on your anniversary and baby moon celebration. Staff was very welcoming and gave us a very good seat at the attic. Service was very good and the food was out of the world - they had good non alcoholic drink options too.

   The ambiance and service were outstanding. The menu is well-developed and interesting. Some of the food like the burrata appetizer and the bolognese was excellent. We found the mushroom risotto and the beef short rib to be overly salty. Great drinks as well!

   Took my girlfriend here for her birthday, had passed by it numerous time on our excursions through Ballard. Unbelievablely good dinner, great taste and fair prices. Server was amazing as well.

   Automatic 23% gratuity results in no incentive to provide good service, let alone great or exceptional service. The food is below average and the service staff cannot articulate the flavor profiles of each dish. Overall it felt very detached and in need of a food and service overhaul to meet the fantastic ambiance of the space.

   This place was absolutely amazing! The food/drinks were delicious. I had the braised short rib & my partner had the duck breast. Both super tasty. We shared our appetizer which was a sweet potato salad which was enough for both of us & also one of my new favorites! the service was outstanding. Our waiter was exceptional! Mack. He was very attentive & helpful with our decision making. The inside was a cute little cozy place. Ambience was set with some amazing lighting & fall decor. I highly recommend checking this place out!

    We visited this restaurant for a date night and enjoyed the romantic ambiance—it was cozy and inviting. The food itself was flavorful, but even as someone who loves salty dishes, I found it overwhelmingly salty. We ordered salads and two different pastas, and the sodium was so high that we couldn’t finish our meals. We left feeling quite parched and thirsty. If they could dial back the salt a bit, the food would be much better.
