Sangiovese Ristorante at Fishers District is a new addition to the Sangiovese family. We have brought many of our original recipes to Fishers with an addition of a few new items. Sangiovese Ristorante was founded in 1994 by Owner/Operator Chris Evans. His goal was to bring an authentic Italian cuisine to Indianapolis' North Side. Through the years Chris has maintained his dedication to clientele by providing the highest quality ingredients and impeccable service.                                                                                                       Our server, Deja was absolutely great! The food and atmosphere were good. We sat in a room off the side, it was so nice to be able to talk! The only reason I give it 4 stars is their selection of wine by the glass is so limited.

                                                                                                      We did the devour menu which was great! However, I chose the red wine and it was awful! A better selection should have been chosen, especially if we don’t get a choice of the brand.

Great blood orange seasonal cocktail followed by delicious tomato bisque with the lump crab meat. I loved the lasagna and my husband devoured the chicken parm. Perfection for an evening out. Service was fantastic too.
