Originating in Key West almost 20 years ago, Santiago's Bodega has gained fame for its globally inspired tapas plates as well as it's warm and inviting atmosphere that draws guests and newcomers from all over the world. The youngest location, Fort Lauderdale, is no different. The company continues to bring the infamous
'Bahama Village' feel up all the way up to South Florida. Fort Lauderdale's location offers an extremely spacious range of indoor seating, full-bar, and outdoor patio dining. The restaurant is permanently closed. I made a reservation through open table, went to the restaurant to find out it was closed.

The ambiance for Sunday brunch was lacking as the place was empty and not much going on. The service was ok, and the food nothing I would return for.

Went on Mother’s Day and sat outside. When we arrived we were the only people outside and not many inside. Our waiter came promptly and told us he was also the bartender that night. Should have been a red flag. The drinks were good but it took a long time for our first tapas, the meatballs to come out. They were good but be warned they are spicy. It took forever between tapas. The chicken skewers were overcooked and dry. The main problem was the service. Another table was seated by is and their food came out at a reasonable pace. Ours on the other hand came out slowly and very long between items. We had ordered an extra item and cancelled it sitting so long. Food was average but the total experience was poor. Won’t be back. Lots of better options.

We did a mother/daughter Mother's Day brunch, the food as usual was delicious, the never ending drinks were great, the entire crew was very attentive and made our day very special, can't wait to go back. Would highly recommend for any occasion.

Santiago’s Bordega is an amazing place to eat. Their Greek salad rivals some of the best salads I have ever had. Anytime we visit Florida and have an opportunity to visit Santiago’s we do. Last time was in their Fort Lauderdale location prior to a cruise. Their Altamonte Springs is another amazing location.

This is a neighborhood gem that delivers time and time again. From a great bar staff—Hey Jude! to the waitstaff—Hey Suzanne, you are in great capable hands. And the food! Everything is perfectly cooked and perfectly delicious. You even get the Chef to come out to deliver the plates sometimes because this is an all for one kind of place. Could not rate this place more highly!
