Welcome to Sarita, where we are slightly obsessed with serving good food among friends and family. Our focus is on healthy, new American cuisine – a celebration of all our backgrounds and roots. The best of the best eats if you will. Lighter dishes with natural reductions, a lot of vinaigrettes, less cream, less butter — but unbelievable flavors. This is what you can expect if you choose to dine with us. And we hope you will. The name Sarita is a nod to Chef Anthony Romano’s mentor, plus the name of a song by the New Orleans band, The Subdudes, one of the chef’s favorites. The restaurant is owned by executive chef Romano. His approach to Sarita is fairly simple: to create a space that’s a reflection of his kind of place.relaxing, fun and celebrate life in the company of friends and family with good food and a great cocktail in hand.

    Our meal and service were outstanding. My only complaint is the same that I experience in many restaurants now- It's so loud we have trouble even talking to each other at the table. What happened to polite dinner conversation? I'm not talking about the bar area, that had fun music playing that created a festive atmosphere.

    Our first time at Sarita and it lived up to the hype we had heard. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Overall a very nice evening.

    Have been there 2 wknds in a row. The food was outstanding as was the service. The menu is unique and abundant with a variety of specials. It has become my favorite restaurant hands down.

    Everything we ordered was amazing! I highly recommend trying the Ostrich, and beef tenderloin. The drinks were so good too. Our waiter Eric was so sweet, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.

    Just an awesome place to go for an evening out. The food never disappoints. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming and the service is always on point. Just a great restaurant overall!

    This was our 1st visit, and it was awesome!! Our server, Nick, knew every detail of the menu inside and out, including numerous specials. He set the tone for a great evening and was supported by a very well-coordinated support staff. Cocktails: fun and refreshing. Nick's description of the ostrich made us try it which we split between the three of us. None of us had ever had ostrich before and we all loved how it was prepared. My wife had the special wild boar & pasta and loved it (not too heavy) while I had the special swordfish (great texture and flavor). My son had the braised short ribs and cleaned the plate! We each had a dessert: coffee & donuts; mascarpone cheesecake; and triple chocolate tart...all wonderful. The assistant manager stopped by and we let her know how impressed we were with everything, from food, to service, to ambiance. We can't wait to go back.
