Welcome to Sarita, where we are slightly obsessed with serving good food among friends and family. Our focus is on healthy, new American cuisine – a celebration of all our backgrounds and roots. The best of the best eats if you will. Lighter dishes with natural reductions, a lot of vinaigrettes, less cream, less butter — but unbelievable flavors. This is what you can expect if you choose to dine with us. And we hope you will. The name Sarita is a nod to Chef Anthony Romano’s mentor, plus the name of a song by the New Orleans band, The Subdudes, one of the chef’s favorites. The restaurant is owned by executive chef Romano. His approach to Sarita is fairly simple: to create a space that’s a reflection of his kind of place.relaxing, fun and celebrate life in the company of friends and family with good food and a great cocktail in hand.

    Lively place for a Saturday night. A must to have reservations. Our server was Gabriella was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. We brought friends for their first time, as we have been many times since they opened. A really nice menu, but I tend to order from their specials, which they always have. I also have celiac disease (gluten free) and the chefs/kitchen are also knowledgeable and helpful. We all would have received the clean plate award.

    Nonna's meatballs. That's all you need for a hearty meal that'll make you want to curl up with a blanket and take a nap.

    Not only is the food wonderful, but the service-especially the waitress and staff are spectacular. Every aspect of this restaurant is a pleasure to enjoy. The main menu is great and the specials only add to the difficulty of deciding which dish I want to select.

    As always, we had a wonderful dinner at Sarita. Service and food were fantastic. We have already made reservations to go back.

    Very hard to order for a picky eater. I'm a GF vegetarian but I'll eat salmon sometimes. They couldn't make any adjustments to any of the dishes (which I understand bc it was a busy night) but I would suggest that their servers be trained to make some workable suggestions. I would have been thrilled with plain cooked salmon, rice and broccoli, but it was made clear to me that absolutely nothing like that could be done. I didn't eat dinner. There was absolutely nothing for me on this menu. That being said, it's a pretty restaurant with a good ambience, and the service was very decent. Just not the place if you often ask about food alterations.

    Sarita never disappoints! Food and service are always outstanding! Last night we were seated in the part of the dining room without any soft surfaces to soften the noise level. Of course it was very busy and it was really loud.

    Outstanding experience, as always! Went on New Years Eve, perfect celebration dinner. Five stars for all four meals :)

    Sarita does not disappoint! We had the spring rolls, meatballs and cavatelli, tuna tartar tacos and everything was delicious. Service was excellent.
