Sartoria is the gastronomic proposal of Italian chef Marco Carboni (former chef at Osteria Francescana by Massimo Bottura), where he expresses the philosophy of his italian roots, based on the product, the season and a “hand-made” approach.

The menu is focused on seasonality, and products are produced in a sustainable way by small-scale producers. At Sartoria, pasta is produced artisanally every day, respecting italian tradition and simultaneously embracing mexican produce.

The warm ambiance of a traditional italian trattoria comes together with our vision of a contemporary osteria that is both dynamic and cosmopolite.

    La comida es excepcional, las mejores pastas que he probado. El gnocco frito es adictivo y una explosión de sabor increíble. El tagliolini cortado a mano fue nuestro platillo favorito, a simple vista pareciera un platillo sencillo pero la combinación de sabores es inigualable. El servicio deja mucho que desear, el capitán estuvo prácticamente todo el tiempo en su teléfono, tan fue así que tardaron en asignarnos mesa aún con reservación porque no había alguien al pendiente en la entrada. El lugar estaba a menos de la mitad de ocupación y aún así tardaron en tomarnos la orden y en llevaron las bebidas. A pesar del servicio es un lugar sumamente recomendable por la comida, los sabores, los platillos y la calidad de los mismos.

    Un lugar diferente, los sabores únicos. Los meseros conocen perfectamente el menú. Mi paladar estuvo viajando por las recetas del chef Marconi. He comido en muchos restaurantes Italianos. Creo que esté es el mejor

    Hidden gem in the heart of Roma. The tuna crudo is a must to try. Skip prosciutto di Parma y mortadella. The current ravioli dish is a new addition to the menu. I opted in for black truffles on top. The presentation was great! It’s served as one large ravioli accompanied with a little bit of broth. Perfect size portions. Two appetisers and one main course will leave you satisfied and not over filled.

    Lo único que tengo para comentar es que por la tipología del lugar es muy ruidoso. No tenían uno de los especiales anunciados en la carta.
