This was the third time we have dined at Socossa. We just love it. They have the best calamari and the serving sizes are just right. I always think I need salt and pepper but not there.

Risotto was very bland- as if water were used instead of homemade broth or stock. It was much better last year. Booth seating request made at time of reservation was not honored

Decor belies the average preparation, under seasoned and plainly plated entrees masquerading as fine dining. Charcuterie sampler was the exception.

Entertained friends from NYC at Scossa last night and they raved that the food was better than the upscale Italian restaurants they frequent in the city.

There were eight of us and each person could do nothing but rave about their meals. I had the Ceaser Salad it was good but not the best I have had. However, I ate every scrumptious bite of Beef Shoulder Special with Polenta, it was flavorful melt in you mouth heaven. Others had the potato gnocchi with Bolognese and Eggplant Parm, Sautéed shrimp in light curry sauce and not one bite remained on our plates. Inviting atmosphere and great service. I will return.
