   Our reservation was 9:30 we got check in , and we noticed there are people waiting , cause I understand it’s NYE night , but we are surprised that the hostesses are seating people ahead of us that’s check in after us ! I went to the hostess and ask why are seating last we got checked in before anyone else , we the last one who got sat and the hostess she is Asian can’t even answer me ! I won’t go back there anymore ! The hostess is rude !

   We are arrived for our reservation about 45 minutes early and went to the host stand and asked if we could sit at the bar. There was a rude hostess, who said with a blank stare in her face that we couldn’t because it was by a reservation only. We came back for our 8 o’clock reservation a different hostess greeted us and she was OK. We Went to our table the busser came over maybe about 10 minutes in and asked if we wanted water to get started. Our waiter didn’t come by till about 25 minutes into us sitting there with our menus. We probably saw the waiter four times during the whole experience, we saw the busser more than the waiter and he was great. There was a DJ playing there given it was New Year’s Eve, but it was entirely too loud for this restaurant. The food was good but nothing exceptional maybe would come back, but not at the top of our list. Sad to say the prior reviews about the hosts and servers were correct. Hopefully they step it up in 2025. At the end of the day when you go to a fine dining experience customer service counts big time.

   Friendly staff. The food was good. My husband said his steak was cooked perfectly but needed more seasoning. My fried rice was perfect

   Perfect steaks, sides and drinks. Tequila old fashioned was phenomenal. Service was exceptional, as always. Scotch 80 continues to be our favorite steakhouse in vegas!

   This was my first time and it rates a return! It is a gem off the strip without the hassle of traffic. The food, ambiance, and service are comparable to any fine dining restaurant in Vegas. One more thing I liked was the restaurant is close to the entrance!

   I had a wonderful meal at Scotch 80 Prime. I ordered the Wagyu bites, shrimp toast, scallops the butterscotch creme brulee, and the sticky toffee pudding. This meal was on of the highlights of my trip! Everything tasted delicious, and I wish I could have the deserts all over again. The service staff was well mannered and polite, as well as attentive to making sure my glass stayed full. If I am in Vegas again, I will skip the restaurants on the strip and make it a point to dine here again.

   One of the best Christmas Eve meals ever. Daniel tended to our needs/wants. He recommended a perfect to pair with our meal. The tuna and rib eye was prepared perfectly. We will be frequent diners.

    Given the menu pricing I was expecting a more upscale atmosphere. It was nice but not upscale by any means. We could see tvs with football on from our booth and while the music was good early 2000s hits it didn’t match the vibe. The poke tacos were amazing but my salmon was very mediocre. Would go back for happy hour but not for dinner.
