   We’ve been to Scuzzi’s several times over the past 6 years. Our experience is always positive. Yesterday we were greeted by a friendly host, Mazzi and server, Alex. The food was delicious and plentiful. We will continue to patronage this restaurant and recommend it to our friends.

   Worst $200 meal ever, and I've eaten in a lot of places. I typed out an entertaining review but 2000 characters is not enough to explain how bad it was. Literally everything was terrible. We left bewildered at the good reviews and chalked it up to well-compensated internet bots. Hard pass, folks.

   Hi Mr. Karl, this is Mazi. I was the one who greeted you at the door and gave you the seating options we had available at that moment. You chose to wait for a table, and after seating you in the booth, I checked on your table a couple of times to ensure everything was satisfactory. As far as I remember, you mentioned that everything was great during your visit. Our floor manager and captain also visited your table and received positive feedback from you. Seeing this review doesn't match the feedback we got from you at the time of your visit. I tried calling you the next day, but the call dropped, and I also sent you a message which you didn't respond to. If there's anything I can do for you, please give me a call at 210-493-8884.    Me and my wife celebrated our anniversary here this weekend, and it was an excellent experience! The wait staff are all super helpful and friendly, and Dan took extra special care of us! Food came out super quickly, and everything was delicious! Can’t wait for our next trip here, can’t recommend enough!

   Never had the chance to even eat as I was never able to. Made a reservation just to wait 2hours as other reservations were seated. After 2 hours I left.

    I'll be honest I had a terrible experience on Friday. We had our reservation booked for 8:45 and didn't get sat until almost 10 pm. Our waitress was so overwhelmed that we couldn't get food menus for 15 minutes or our drinks for another 10 minutes. I had a hair in my food and I lost my appetite. I don't think I'll be back.
