SeaBlue Restaurant and Wine Bar is the finest restaurant on the Grand Strand, featuring Contemporary American cuisine rooted in classic French cooking technique. We aspire to be among the best restaurants in the country, using locally sourced ingredients and displaying five-star service to all our guests. As owners, Kenneth Norcutt and Tracy Smith are involved in every aspect of the restaurant.     Great meal last night, grouper was wonderful, my vegetarian wife loves the beet salad and veggies, my brother said it was the best pork chop he’s ever had. Katie did a wonderful job taking care of us as always!

    From the start the hostess seated us in a booth as requested and the staff were quick to greet us with a smile and menus. The room was a little cold with air conditioning but not so cold that we needed to move. Jason was very polite and knowledgeable about the menu. Drinks were not as good as expected, with crushed ice in the old fashion and maraschino cherries. We both ordered off menu specials , the sea bass was under cooked and the bone in fillet mignon was good but smaller than expected.

    Everything was excellent Wine bread appetizers which were oyster Rockefeller , pork chop with figs amazing and sea bass was delicious and bread pudding dessert

    I’ve ate at many “fine dining” restaurants. Without a doubt, SEA BLUE is truly one of the best restaurants that focuses on great service and the highest quality of food prepared to perfection!
