   A wonderful view. White bean dip appetizer was delicious. The fish bites were not very good. The server did comp them . The tuna with rice was very tasty. Service was friendly and prompt.

   Came here on vacation/our honeymoon. Everything was delicious. We loved the lobster lollipops, the ribeye was amazing, as was the truffle gnocchi! We would 10/10 recommend. Ambience unmatched and service was great, everyone we encountered was so sweet!

   Sea Salt is absolutely wonderful! Great food and service, Sundays there is a live band downstairs so it can be lively but the music was great!

   Fantastic food, fantastic service. The bar next door blares party music which detracts from the ambiance a bit, but it’s still a great place to eat and watch waves.

   We dined at Sea Salt twice during our vacation at Sapphire Beach. The space is spectacular - the restaurant is on the second floor, has open air views and overlooks the beach and the Virgin Islands to the east and north. The interior design is stylish, beautiful, and creative, especially the fixture above the bar. The food is quite good with large portions. The seafood offerings were good, but I was disappointed that there were limited local offerings. That said, the lobster (both regular menu and special), sea bass, and tuna were delicious. The salad with goat cheese was outstanding- just the right balance of greens, cheese, onions, and dressing. We tried several desserts and our favorite was the candied papaya. The wine list is extensive, with a number of well priced selections. The staff were excellent - attentive and friendly. During our first dinner, we were seated at a prime waterfront table. We enjoyed the view until a a strong squall came through. Tent curtains were lowered but water still leaked through. The cheerful staff quickly moved us and other dinners to dry tables near the bar. When the squall passed, the curtains were lowered and the beautiful view was visible, even from our interior table. We hope to return.

   This was a less than stellar experience. We were the first ones seated. When they put us at the end of the row with the view obstructed, I asked for a different seat. They said they were booked full. Over the next hour, they seated several parties of two at tables we could've had but were denied. There were also several tables unused for a good hour with the better view. For an appetizer, we had the fish bites. They were rubbery. When we told the waitress, she said "oh" and did not thing to improve or correct them. They reminded me of overcooked calamari only it was snapper. In general, we have had better waiters. It started raining so we had to move to the bar. I ordered a prosecco that was flat. When I tried to tell the bartender, he snapped at me and said he had just opened a new bottle that bubbled all over him. Maybe that's why it was flat because there were no bubbles in my glass. The menu in general was not very appealing. We had been here last May and had a wonderful experience! The view is amazing so we will probably give it one more try before taking it off our dining list.

   Date night! The view was incredible and a great experience! Thankfully we were nearly finished with dinner before it started with heavy rain, which we were also impressed by the “powered awning” to shelter everyone. Highly recommend.

    This was a lovely evening, one of the most pleasant meals we've had in St Thomas. Courtney and Dan provided excellent service at the table and answered (several) questions about food preparation. The smoked tiradito was a standout.
