    Had to wait 10 minutes to be taken to our seat,, even though we had a reservation… server was never around when we needed him… server completely forgot to bring our drinks and didn’t bring them until our main course… When I reminded him they were missing. Speaking of, our appetizers arrived, then our main course arrived. About one minute later, then our server seemed to be wanting to rush us out, and try to get our dessert order before we even halfway finished our dinner. So, amateur hour I guess.

    Extraordinarily superb service by Faith, a festive new year's event atmosphere, and good food and drinks, although the Butterfish was a little fishy tasting.

    Seemed to take a long time before a server showed up and got us started. Rather slow even after that. Maybe a staffing crunch? Otherwise, the food we ordered was excellent. Prices are reasonable. The venue itself is very comfortable, well-spaced, not loud. This may be a chain restaurant but it deserves credit as one of the nicer restaurants in town. P.S. Not to be confused with Seasons (in Old Town), which is locally-owned, more tightly-spaced, louder, but also excellent food.

    The food is very good but the service is not the best I went two times in my visit to ALB and the service is no the best. Anne Marie asked if we had an accent when she is from Mexico mother ? No very nice and the manager of 20 years doesn’t know how to solve problems or questions You can book a table at 10:00 pm but no having a drink at 9:30 pm because they “are close”.. makes no sense at all
