                                                                              Fantastic as usual. We ate at the bar and had great service. We went for lunch and had the special 1/2 grilled cheese, cup of tomato soup and a small salad. Everything was delicious.

The trio combo was perfect for a chilly day, and even the peanuts on the salad were more than just your average peanut. Alan always takes great care of us. And we loved our view of the kitchen from our cozy table. A perfect lunch date to kick off the holiday week.

Rated this visit lower than normal as scallop and soup entrees came out lukewarm and server wasn’t the best at follow up on questions and requests.

Our default choice for all special occasions; but.... if the reservation confirmation process wasn't so exasperating and frustrating....it would've been all 5 stars. Just an annoyance / comment prior to visit.... A few days prior, rec'd a voice mail to call to confirm; i did so and then spent at least 15 minutes on hold and then was disconnected. soon after, i rec'd an SMS where all i had to do was reply! if only i had gotten that first!! I'm an adult and dont need multiple reminders. Take a credit card and charge me for dinner if i fail to show up. Our server was excellent, friendly and attentive. food was superior. very appreciative for the tiramasu birthday cake.

                                                                              We celebrated a birthday at Seed and I was impressed with the personalized attention. In advance of our reservation, the restaurant confirmed the name of the birthday guest and printed it on the menu! We were just three, and the time seemed to disappear as we talked our way through the evening. Noise level was perfect, a low hum, with many other guests in the restaurant that gave it a happening vibe. Food…outstanding. Upscale but not pretentious. Good serving sizes. Wait service was top notch, we lingered over each course just the right amount but were always well attended. Wine menu was great. I’d love to come back with my husband for a date soon.
