   Salí a cenar a Selva Cocina Salvaje en la calle Cerra en Santurce. Todo iba bien hasta que un desconsiderado entra con un cigarro prendido. Le digo permiso y me dijo “solo estoy cruzando de un lado a otro. Si no te gusta te puedes ir, yo soy el dueño. No me gustan los mal criados.” Increíble, sin saber quién soy. Ni que a mí. Pues, nos levantamos, fuimos a donde la mesera, que fue muy amable con nosotros y le dimos su propina ya que ella nos había atendido muy bien y no tiene culpa de lo sucedido. Ella estaba abochornada y nos pidió disculpas. En mi vida me han faltado el respeto de esta forma. Decirle a un cliente mal criado, cuando no lo fui, y decirme si no te gusta te puedes ir. Decidimos irnos por la falta de respeto y por que no voy a estar en un lugar donde no me quieran. Por tal razón, no auspiciaré este lugar y mi consejo es que tú tampoco. A esta selva no vuelvo ya que el dueño es un salvaje sin modales.

   Great overall experience. Our waitress was indeed great and treated us amazingly well. Only mishap was the manager who refused to seat us on a 4 chair table when there weren’t any other guests in the restaurant. He could’ve remove two seats from the table and offered it to us who were just trying to avoid direct AC vents. He ended up seating another couple later on the same table. Other than that, the service, food and ambiance is amazing.

   Cool spot with a nice atmosphere. The ambiance makes it a great place to hang out, whether you’re grabbing a drink or just looking for a chill setting. The decor and music add to the experience, and it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for good vibes.

   We loved our food. Wait staff was friendly, helpful & attentive. We sat inside & tables were so close that it was difficult to avoid being distracted by nearby guests. Hostess let us move to a different table which was very helpful. We enjoyed high quality of live music though again it was a bit loud for the space

   Servicios excelente, comida muy buena. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con un artículo y nos resolvieron súper rápido con mucha amabilidad. Bebidas muy ricas también.

   Took 45 minutes to serve 2 drinks, we left after being seated for an hour with no food. Ordered almost instantly after sitting down and received no updates from the servers. Had to track down the staff to tell them we needed to leave, and even that was a hassle. Ended up being one of multiple parties that left to find another place to eat. The space itself is cute, but they really need to figure out management before they continue business. Get a better manager!

    Waited 45 min to get seated // tables around us were furious their food was taking 1+ hour to come out! Saved the hustle and just left! They need to get a hold of their business!
