From the OpenTable editors: Chef Andrew Zimmerman's seasonal American tasting menu is so good that this West Loop favorite has consistently held on to a MICHELIN Star since first getting one in 2011. You'll get to choose from several options in your four-course dinner, which might include dishes like crispy ricotta gnudi, roasted monkfish with little neck clams, and a sweet pea pavlova with meyer lemon sorbet. You'll definitely want to get the wine pairing—Sepia won Wine Spectator's 2022 Best of Award of Excellence. Eating here feels extra-special because it's housed in an 1890 print shop with Art Nouveau floors and exposed-brick walls.

    Sepia is one of the best Michelin dining experiences in Chicago. Upon arriving through the front door you are met with so much warmth and kindness from the host team, management, servers and support staff. The food is impeccable, beautifully plated and so, very delicious. You can tell that so much thought and intention is put into you having an amazing dining experience. Thank you Sepia for a wonderful dinner. It is truly unmatched.

    Possibly one of the best meals I've ever had the pleasure of eating. The standouts were the Kaluga caviar, the parm donut amuse-bouche, and the creme brulee, however, everything had amazing flavor depth and great presentation. Service was terrific, and save for a drink order that got lost, it was pretty tremendous.
