   Not a fan of local musicians playing at restaurants while I eat. Service was a bit slow and some of the food was a bit cold, but overall really good

   I made a reservation through OpenTable and was given the option to choose between a standard reservation and a Mother’s Day brunch buffet. I specifically selected the standard reservation. When I arrived with my mom, we were seated outdoors, and ours was the only table without any shade. We politely asked if someone could open one of the umbrellas, as it was quite warm. Unfortunately, no one checked in on us for about 30 minutes. When a server finally came over, she informed us that only the Mother’s Day buffet was being offered, which was not what I had reserved. She said she would get a manager, but no one ever followed up. After waiting again, I had to get up myself to find someone to adjust the umbrella. Even then, the umbrella cover later flew off while we were eating, and we were once again left exposed to the sun. Despite requesting help, no one came. We ended up having to settle for the buffet, as we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t have other dining options. With an 18% service charge and included gratuity for two, I expected a far more enjoyable and attentive experience. Unfortunately, this visit was deeply disappointing. I sincerely hope the restaurant reconsiders how it handles special occasion reservations and outdoor seating in the future. I truly wish I could request a refund for what was meant to be a special Mother’s Day outing.

   Food was great but service was very bad. Although courteous, our waitstaff was very slow and not attentive. I think the restaurant was understaffed. We waited forever for initial service, then for our appetizer and even longer for our entree. Then even longer for final service. We had initially considered ordering dessert then elected not to. It took forever for our waitress to bring our check. While the food was delicious, we will not be back.

   Great experience, it’s our new favorite local place, my husband liked it so much when we tried it for the first time a couple months ago he requested to have his birthday dinner here, that’s why we were there tonight, although we would love a few additional food options, overall the food and drinks are great, and we will definitely be back soon!

   Main point: Think I came on the wrong night. We waited 30 minutes to get a round of drinks to our table and over an hour to receive our food order. Our server rarely checked on us due to being stretched thin. Came on a Friday and unknowingly had dinner with a live band playing. The band was absurdly loud despite having sat in the back room. The bar area was full of drunk people dancing, and the whole restaurant (bar, kitchen, and waitstaff) was severely understaffed. I took this place to have better ambiance, and was unaware the bar would be so packed from a live band. The braised short rib I ordered but also drier than expected, and I wasn’t a fan of the horseradish crema they drizzled all over the polenta and short rib.
