   What a great deal the lunch special is! Fun to cook your own ramen and veggies. Our server was really helpful as it was our first time there

   It’s a good concept and the food is good, but eliminating the table side iPads and making you use your phone for ordering is awkward. Dishes are also in short supply at the buffet for sauces which makes things hard to transport. The pricing is high enough without having to have all the add on charges for things too - just a turn-off.

   The only thing good was our server. Very complicated. I consistent orders. And the booths are all beat up. Way to pricey

   Used to love this place but then they took away a bunch of my favorites like the udon noodles and change the quality of the shrimps. It’s not worth the money anymore.

   These days, with inflation driving up the cost of everything, it’s hard to find a good deal. But at Shabu-Yo, you get unlimited fresh vegetables, beef, pork, and seafood—plus a great selection of ready-made dishes and desserts. On top of that, the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The overall value you get is well worth the price. Highly recommended!

    There was 14 people 6 were kids they told us everyone had to order the same thing because they didn't want us sharing that was their words even the kids which ages range from 10 to 3 also we had 4 different reservations and because we ask if we could sit next to each other at separate tables they automatically charged a tip to each table at 18% when there was separate tables and separate checked at the top of the check it said that 5+ people a tip will automatically be charged then this pink head employee wanted to argue with me all so the waitress stated that her manger told her that she could charge us a tip because we all knew each other I honestly think they did this because we were black I will never rather again
