Born from a Melbourne sunset, our pop-up restaurant, Shelanous, evolved into a multi-sensory journey, blending Melbourne’s seasons into each dish. As we transitioned to “Shelanous”, we retained the essence of sharing, embodied in “nous,” meaning “our” or “us” in Hebrew and French.

A must do experience!! Everything was next level amazing. There was a group of 8 of us celebrating and we could not have asked for a better night . Completely interactive and indulges all senses . We are definitely doing this again . Food was just outstanding. Every single dish !!!! Could not recommend more.

Rony and the team are so funny, from the minute you walk in the front door, you feel welcome and start laughing. The scenery, food,drinks, and the entire vibe was 20/10. We travel from NSW to experience this event. Wish we had this in Newcastle/Sydney. I highly recommend that if you're in Melbourne, you need to do this. Thanks, guys, for an incredible evening of spectacular food, drinks, and entertainment. It was one of the best nights I've had at a restaurant.
