We are dedicated to celebrating the best in Seafood with traditional South African spices, working with suppliers from all around the country to create our signature Seafood dishes– made with the best quality produce. All our kitchen products are Halal Certified and all the drinks are alcohol free and that’s where our values stand with the exceptional flavourful food.
Shrimp Shack defers to the majority of restaurants, with our concept of having to pay up front. We believe the food should not come on the extra cost of service and that’s why no service charge has been included on your bill but without lowering the restaurant service and overall experience.

    Service is excellent staff are attentive . Food is reasonable. Only complaint is there isn't much of a difference between the platter that serves one and two . Sizing isn't correct. Also there was no aprons available However the food is tasty . Recommend for a family night

    We saw this place open and after a good experience at another seafood broil, thought to try it out. Whilst the restaurant is clean and aesthetically pleasing, the waiters service is excellent and the food tastes good, the overall factor that let it down was the price. The seafood platter, which is supposed to be for 2, is just about enough with only a few pieces of each item along with the complimentary chips and rice. We had to place a 2nd order to ensure we actually left feeling full. Our waitress Don was great however, attentive and gave us a good service with good knowledge of the products.

    The service was amazing! Booked table for my daughter’s birthday today and nothing was too much for the team! The food was excellent! Will definitely be visiting again soon and would recommend this restaurant to all seafood lovers!

    Food was enjoyable and came out fairly quickly. Portion sizes were more than enough. Thought it odd that you had to pay for meal and drinks before the food or drink is even on the table, which meant we couldn’t have a drink whilst looking through the menu as they wanted us to pay for it all beforehand.

    Highly recommend! The only slight concern I had was that we had to pay for the meal before it arrived and when asked for the starters to come with the mains it didn’t.

    Food was lovely & hot. The juice price was a bit much for a 1.5 lite cordial jug. Otherwise overall service, polite staff & food came after 20 mins nice & hot tasty😋. Would recommend 👍
