   The place has a great atmosphere and the vibe was good. My reservation was scheduled for 730pm. I arrived at 715pm with my lady, the host seated us 5min later. We were introduced to our waiter and she greeted us and said that she'll be with us momentarily. Well 20mins later after waiting patiently, I stopped the hostess and complained about not being seen. She noticed 2 empty seats at the bar and asked if we wanted to sit there at that point I'd rather sit there than be forgotten about. She also asked if we were ready to order and she would put our order in if so. We ordered and had drinks, 20mins later our first appetizer came out of the two we ordered. We finished the appetizer and was waiting for the second one to come and it never came. We asked the bartender about the appetizer he pleasantly went to the kitchen a got it for us. Twenty minutes later the entree came. The food was great, the vibe was great. The place needs more staff and a strong person to manage the service quality. The bartender was on point, the hostess was very helpful and apologetic. This place has great potential, customer service is everything in this business. Overall 3 stars, due to excessive wait time. Hopefully they fix the problem, it was several others complaining about the same thing. I want to see them make it because the food is amazing....

   Mia our server was great. The drinks took too long and the wait for the food was a bit long. The water had a funny taste. It’s a good concept it just needs some more effort in services. As I said the server was great and it seemed to be only two servers which is a same. The food was good and when the drinks came they were good as well.

   I was extremely disappointed service was awful and food was even worse. The wait time was unreal and we had a reservation and we were on time so we dont understand why it took 40 minutes get an appetizer then almost another hour for entrees. Once we received the entrees the food was cold and clearly recycled. This ruined our anniversary dinner which we drove 2 hrs from Northern Jersey.

   Took over an hour to get our food. The food did not taste as good as the Brooklyn location. Very selfish with the oxtails.

   Made reservations for myself and the family for 6:30pm,arrived on time didn’t get seated until 6:50pm waitress came over to the table we Ordered drinks and appetizers Waited over 20 minutes for our drinks Which we had to get the attention of another server who brought our drinks out to us. Wait time is horrendous in this restaurant We ordered our main course and was looking forward to a delicious meal it was 8:45 pm we asked the waitress what happened to our order,she then told us they were busy,had three chefs in the kitchen but customers didn’t get their food in a timely manner. The table across from us left without eating. Then we decided to go to the hostess to pay for our drinks and appetizers. Upon leaving the manager came out and spoke to us.Very apologetic stating we shouldn’t waited so long for our food and that’s not what they represented .She also offered us three oxtails dinners. We were looking forward in having a great time with my twelve year old daughter.Very disappointed with the service and wait time at Simpsons Restaurant in Atlanta city.Mr Simpson if you read this review: According to a study by the American Customer Satisfaction Index, wait times are one of the main drivers of customer satisfaction. Customers who have to wait for a longer time than expected are 18% less satisfied. And this is an experience they take with them after they leave the business. They will probably also tell their friends and family about it, if not the world in the form of a negative online review. Ultimately, a long waiting time in the restaurant will impact not only the guest experience but also your profitability. You might lose customers on the spot or deter them from coming back to your restaurant. This is a big issue with your restaurants.

   The service was spectacular. That was Savannah. The food was excellent. Our only problem was the wait time for the food kitchen. Very very slow. Kitchen seems to be too small for the restaurant size but we will be back

   We booked this weeks ago before our trip. We got to the casino and walked all the way to the pier shops and nothing was open. We saw a security guard once we walked all the way through. He said they are closed Monday and Tuesday but it was Wednesday. I’m so disappointed we tried to support a new business and we probably will not try again.
