   The restaurant is a little gem. I was a bit worried as it was a set menu based on chefs inspiration, but all courses were delicious. Great presentation and attention to details, good wine list. Prices are reasonable, strongly recommend !

   When in Amsterdam you will not find any better food for a great price and the most delightful staff you will have ever met. The next time we were here, this will be the first place we go for dinner. I cannot emphasize enough what a wonderful experience this was!

   What an experience! Fantastic food with the added theatre of not knowing what’s coming next! Truly a food-focussed restaurant, popular with the Dutch as well as tourists. Genuinely would wholeheartedly recommend.

   This was an exceedingly pleasant surprise. I don’t normally go for restaurants where I don’t know the menu in advance, but nothing here disappointed. And the price was very reasonable as well.

   Amazing experience, overall ambiance made for a fantastic night out. This was our first evening in the city, and I believe it was an excellent introduction to local cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant for a memorable dinner experience. We opted for the four-course dinner, and each dish was exceptional. If you’re seeking a relaxing and delectable dining experience, this is the place to go. My only recommendation is sit back, relax, and enjoy your dinner.

   Truly singular and delicious! Run by 3 sisters, the menu is different daily, based on fresh ingredients. Inventive, sublime and not pretentious. Lovely atmosphere on a quiet part of Singel on the canal. Can't recommend enough!!

    Lovely experience at this restaurant. We were greeted so warmly by one of the lovely sisters that run this place. Given a glass of Prosecco to start with along with the best hot delicious bread. The entire meal was excellent and I loved the element of surprise of not knowing what I was going to eat. The food was excellent from the appetizer to dessert. We will definitely return someday soon on our next trip to Amsterdam. Thank you.
