   Fresh ambience, delicious food, generous portions. Shout to Anthony, wonderful conversation, prompt attention. Upon requesting him for our second visit which he wasn’t working he gave us a person hand drawn thank you card on his way out.

   Overall experience was not very well. Waited 2hrs to be served for a dinning hall that was empty. Not all the food was brought out at the same time. With such a limited menu you would think things move smoothly and quick but it doesn't. Valet parking was rude and bc there was a hockey game down the street, did not honor the SIX complimentary parking. Food was good but not at 30-50 dollars a head. Would not dine here again.

   We all were highly disappointed in the main course it came out ice cold. I don't mean room temperature it was cold. The steak the potatoes and the green beans everything was cold. Besides trying to be seated in the corner where all other tables where empty who wants to sit in Basically an empty room so I did have our table moved into the half empty main dinning room.

   Firstly, the hostess at the front (Madison) was incredibly friendly and accommodating over the phone when I called to let her know we were running late. Upon arrival, it was a ghost town. OVERPRICED for the quality received. Chili's quality at Bern's steakhouse prices. We don't ever need to return.

   Amazing food and perfect service. Our server Anthony was spot on with his recommendations and extremely pleasant to be around. Will return again!

   Our server was very nice and the food was very good. Views and outdoor rooftop were beautiful and relaxing. However the prices are expensive but it is a hotel restaurant so not unexpected.
