The food was great and I could enjoy it again for sure. The waiter was not great at all. We sat with empty water bottles for us to pour for forever. It took forever to get a drink order in. We waited and waited and waited for our plates to be cleared, ... we all wanted dessert... so again, waited and waited and waited. To have a dinner bill of 300.00 and have such poor service can actually ruin what was to be a great evening. Better management and oversight needed for sure.

It was a wonderful dining experience. The food and service are excellent, and the atmosphere with the revolving view is truly spectacular. We had the daytime view, but I would imagine that the night view is even more amazing.

Maybe we went too late in the evening, or maybe it was the large party they had. The food was the worst, I had the crabcake sandwich, my mother did as well. We both felt ill and did not make it home. The food was not what I had experienced in the past. The service was great but I will not book past 5 ever again. My 915 reservations had us leaving past 11pm.

I love the place, and I keep going with every family member or friend who visits the city. It's pretty noisy if groups are present, but you have to love the place!

My experience was horrible, please express that this restaurant is with the Double Tree hotel. First off got served with a dirty cup.. Then the wait time was almost a 50 minute wait. No plastic silverware. I left within 10 minutes of getting our food. Customer service was awful. Definitely not a good experience. 0/5. No stars.
