   Delicious food! I had the lamb and it was absolutely divine cooked. Perfectly. Staff was excellent. The restaurant was really cosy and had a great ambiance and vibe.

   Food was really good, I ordered their Creme brulee cheesecake which I didn’t like at all. Service was really really slow, had to wait like 15-20mins for ordering which was a mood kill.

   Portion size was laughably small. $99 per person and we left very hungry. When we walked in they said 18% gratuity was auto-included then when given the payment machine the waitress says it's not included but it was so they were trying to get double tip. Overall felt like a major scam and I felt taken advantage of when it's supposed to be a day for love. On top of that service was abysmal, unhappy and awkward wait staff, probably stand offish because they likely were dealing with unhappy people all night.

   I have to say we were very disappointed in our Valentine’s Day dinner. I’ve been to Skye before and loved it, so I wanted to come again for Valentine’s Day. The food was good, but the portions were unacceptable for the price. The short rib was two bites, which is unacceptable for an entree size. Our appetizer was more filling than the short rib. I would have appreciated if they specified on the menu the ounce of the short rib, because I wouldn’t have came for that. If youre spending 300 dollars a meal, people shouldn’t leave hungry. I’m not one to ever complain about a restaurant, but for the price I paid I have to say I was disappointed. The service was great I will say that.

   I had high hopes for this dinner but was left disappointed. The portions were tiny and not worth the 268$ spent for two people. Tuna had 3-4 pieces, short rib was finished in three small bites (came with one glazed carrot smaller than my pinky). Desert was the biggest portion and Cocktails were good. Table arrangements were within feet of one another which offered little to no privacy. We could literally hear every single person complain or have a shocked face when their plates were served. Save your time and money or if you do go, eat a full meal prior.

   I had booked the table for the Valentine’s Dinner with my husband a while back. I got a call about the special Valentine’s Day menu but it wasn’t mentioned that it was the only choice that day. Upon being sat at the table, we received only the speciality menu and the drinks menu so I asked about the regular menu. At that time, I was informed that only the speciality menu is being served. As the options were very limited- not everyone likes burrata cheese or eat tuna tataki, the food option was very limited. The overall quality of food was good, it was definitely elevated and I enjoyed the atmosphere in the restaurant. My honest feedback would be to be more transparent with the customers upfront (there was no indication of the speciality menu restrictions on the website either). I will consider coming back on a regular day so there is no more surprises.

    News is focused on US channels but we live in Surrey. Music not conducive to fine dining
