   It was our first time at Slowly! We went for my husbands bday with our two boys. They have Tuesday night date night which is a great deal! We didn’t do that this time bc I wanted him to choose anything from the menu. We had the burrata salad appetizer, pork chop, salmon risotto, signature chicken, and kids cheeseburger. All were spectacular! Our cocktails were above and beyond! The festive mule and the two different espresso martinis were so unique! This is on the top of our list for PB!

   Great new place in PB. Love the Social Hour and Tuesday Date Night specials. The Broccolini and beef skewers are our favorites. Warm, dog friendly patio. Will be back soon.

   Loved the carrot salad and shrimp appetizer. Lamb was overcooked. Great waiter and ambience. Didn’t appreciate the up charge on the vodka martini for the blue stuffed olives and premium pour for one drink at $26!!! It’s not clear on the drink menu at all.

   Incredible cocktails / food / service. PB needed a restaurant like this. Have been here 4 times since its opening and it is always delicious. The menu is diverse and tasty, the cocktails are well made and the staff is so friendly.

   There's a lot to like about Slowly -- cool modern vibe, attractive bar, lively ambience, very good service and welcome, reasonably priced cocktails and wine. Good value prix fixe on Tuesdays. Then there's the food. We asked for a seabass medium rare. "My apologies, the chef soesn't do temperature", the manager said. Really? Well, there's a thing called a timer, and try judging the firmness... "My apologies, nothing can be done." Yes it can, you are the boss! (Is Chef Tadi a bit of a prima donna?) We switched to poblano pappardelle, which ould have been good if you like your pasta very al dente. And the stuffed peppers (which other reviewers have enjoyed) were to us just acceptable: colorful but very bland in taste and even in texture. With a little spicing and some toasted peanuts, that dish would have been up to Green Chef (boxed) standard. A final niggle: the silverware. Tthe cylindrical shafts spin out of control in your palm, making cutting anything a challenge. Cool, modern styling, but totally impractical.
