   The food was very tasty but the service was a bit slow. They also want you to order off a QR code which is not very convenient with a big group of people. Would maybe go back but would not rush back.

   We’ve dined here several times & have always enjoyed. This visit was different… mostly because of the food. We ordered the dip trio. The cheese was good; the salsa was ok; the guac was sooo bland! We also ordered the meat lovers pizza which was delicious, but we had to send it back to the kitchen to be cut.. It wasn’t cut all the way through (not even close!)

   It was horrible. So noisy and any attempt at ordering food was impossible. We let the host know we were leaving and went to a different restaurant. I will never go to small giant again.

   Food was great, experience was poor. The new ordering system should be scraped. I go out with friends to put our phones down, not be forced to have them out. On top of that, the mobile menu lacks important details about the options. Felt like I was at a dive bar not a water street restaurant charging $20 for a burger. The service staff was attentive, but being forced to have our phones out during dinner was a major turn off.

   The pizza oven was broken and the stuff didn’t think to mention this when they sat us. Most people go here for their pizza so this was disappointing considering it’s like half of their menu.

   Things have changed at Small Giant. They no longer have servers just food runners. Brussel sprout were pretty good. Turkey and Avocado sandwich was not very good, it seemed very skimpy. Seems they are doing some significant cost cutting, we really liked in the past.

   Nice places with high end prices in a location like water sheet shouldn’t start app ordering but suggest 25% tip.

   The service at this restaurant was great. We were promptly seated and everyone on the staff was very nice and accommodating. I do think the food could’ve been better just because of the price of everything. We ordered a pizza that was poorly cut, which made it difficult for us to eat because it was difficult to cut into slices with our knives. The burger was OK. The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were fried a bit too hard and for $17 we just expected a little more from that dish. I do understand this is more so bar food, but I just think overall the quality of food could be better for what you pay for it.
