   The drink service was very slow. It took us over 30 minutes to get our drinks. We had already started to eat our appetizers by the time the drinks finally arrived. Some of the food was a bit under cooked; the fries were soggy, the fish on the fish and chips was soggy and the bacon on the shrimp appetizer was really underdone. The mac & cheese and the smash burger were tasty though. Unfortunately we were seated near a party that was singing karaoke that was loud and very bad. Why would they allow that on a Saturday in a packed restaurant? It was not karaoke night or anything it was just a private party allowed to do karaoke! So a bit of a mixed review. Some enjoyed their food while others did not. None of us appreciated the excessive noise or the slow drink service. Our server was really good though and very apologetic about the slow drink service. Not sure we'd return as we expected more for the price.

As we had just launched a new menu on Thursday, all our team members are still familiarizing themselves with the new menu & the feedback is appreciated it as we continue training. We have passed this along to further improve. We do typically have private events in our busier evenings but they do not typically have karaoke, this was just a one off experience. If you are ever uncomfortable with your table, please let us know & we will always do our best to accommodate. We will pass along the kind words to your server for the evening.    Nice modern decor. Service was great and food was delicious. The Smash Burger was the best burger I've ever had!

   The service was great! The waitress and the entire staff attended to our needs which we appreciate! I felt the food was better before. During this recent visit, it felt like the food was lacking alittle bit off. For example, the toffee cake wasn’t warm…it felt like it was microwaved alittle. Our friend chicken sandwiches and truffle fries were good as always. They did mess up the order slightly when they brought our two truffle fries when actually we had one side of truffle fries and the other side was Mac and cheese. However, they corrected the issue quickly. I love the Mac and cheese but as it as a side, I felt like it could’ve been alittle bigger/more portion for an upgrade and for its cost. Other than that, it was good. Not the best as I had in previous visits but it was good overall.

   Service was lacking, seating was terrible in a dark corner near the exit door, drinks took 30 mins to arrive, food was cold. The restaurant was not busy so none of this should have happened. We will not be returning. Very disappointed.

   In general not a bad place. The food is really good, but altho the reviews we read had us expecting a more traditional pub, it really feels more like an industrial bar. One review said it was "cozy" - not by my definition anyway. Service was meh; once we were finished our meal it stopped - completely. We had to get up and wave someone down about an hour later to be served drinks. That's a big moneymaker miss for a restaurant. Nonetheless we had a good time. And get some heaters in there if your furnace can't keep up. I don't get cold, but I could be there without my coat on!

    Service was very good. Helpful happy staff Food was terrible. The Mac and cheese was runny and cold despite being served in a skillet. The Caesar salad was a bowl of lettuce with some sauce, bacon and cheese thrown on top which meant you were just left with lettuce after a few bites. The Fried Crispy Chicken, which is their specialty, was nasty.... very thick with coating (like it was done twice?) and some pieces of chicken with catlidge still on them. Our server, at least, agreed and took the cost of the meals of our bill. Not going again!
